About Us The Lily Pond is a family owned and operated business focusing on waterlilies, aquatic plants, pond fish and, most importantly, educating our customers on how to have a successful pond environment. History We've been doing business in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area since 1977. We got our start by creating our own backyard pond, growing waterlilies and other aquatics, and then found that there were others interested in doing the same, but few local resources for plants, supplies and education. Working from our home we began growing our own plants while gleaning information from some of the most experienced water gardening experts in the world. We believe we offer the best mix of quality plants and pond products coupled with a solid understanding of what makes a successful water garden in our hot, arid enviroment.
